vacuum transfer box
The vacuum transfer box is designed for safe transfer and processing of samples under vacuum conditions. By creating a sealed vacuum environment, it greatly limits direct contact between the sample and the air. When the battery fluid needs to be transferred to the glove box for further operation, the vacuum transfer box can ensure that this process is completed in a vacuum environment, effectively isolating the oxygen and moisture in the air.
When the battery fluid sample is transferred to the glove box through the vacuum transfer box, the inert gas environment (such as nitrogen or argon) maintained in the box can further provide a protective layer for the sample, effectively isolating impurities in the external air and preventing them from contaminating the operation process. The combined use of the vacuum transfer box and the glove box greatly improves the purity of the battery fluid during the testing and processing stages, thereby ensuring the high accuracy of the experimental data and the reliability of the results.
Vacuum transfer box + custom flange
Open the vacuum transfer box in the glove box to place the sample, and then close it. (Now it is a protective gas environment)
Put the whole into the scanning electron microscope
The control line comes out from the custom flange
Close the SEM, evacuate, and after reaching the vacuum degree,
Use the controller to open the transfer box.
